Returns & Refunds – Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products, including research and data products. All sales are final upon purchase. This policy applies to all digital products sold through our online store and does not cover physical merchandise, third‑party services, or items purchased outside of our official storefront.
If a file is defective or corrupt – meaning it cannot be opened, is incomplete, or is corrupted – a replacement will be offered, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of your purchase. Likewise, if you receive a different product than the one you purchased, you will be offered the correct product, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of your purchase.
Unauthorized purchases, such as those resulting from fraud or a stolen payment method, are eligible for a full refund once the claim is verified by MACH37. If a consumer‑protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund, we will comply accordingly. All other requests – such as change‑of‑mind purchases, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction after use – are non‑refundable.
